The numbers do not seem to out of line at all but they don't take negotiating terms, clauses, discounts etc. into place which greatly changes the contract dyanmics.

Now if your using software contract negotiating specialists like www.negotiating-software.com or a network of ex software employees like www.iscnn.com things might be a little different than if a typical small business owner negotiated the contract.

I wonder how much of a difference the final price would be for different applications using those professionals as opposed to the general numbers you are using.


I would like to evaluate the MS dynamic ERP software,can we get evaluation version for downloading.
